How do i disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache,?

Ok so i deleted my question a min ago lol didnt mean to .. but when i try to set up SHOUTcast i get this:
Cannot see your station/computer from the Internet disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out)
If you are behind a firewall you need to open TCP ports 8000-8001. If you are behind a router you need to turn on port forwarding. http://www.portforward.com/default.htm is a good place to walk you through doing that. Another site to help you set
