Is it good for SMART to engage Wellness Program's Elders to monitor the Priority Seat affair in train & bus?
It will be killing two birds with one stone. Engage the elders (physically fit guy, all medically check for health) in the Wellness Program to keep them active with purposeful duty and to instill action on those who ignore the sign "Priority Seat"
~~It sounds like a perfect plan. Violators should be fined, and it gives worthy duties to senior citizens, which is very important.~~
