Would it make a lot of difference if i go to one of these schools for a Computer Science degree?

University Of Toronto.
University Of Alberta.
University Of Waterloo.

Probably not! Have a look at the specific programs and courses though and see what looks more interesting to you. I know UofA has their Calendar (with full information) online, as well as course descriptions.
