Programs that come with Creative sound card are not showing up?

We recently added our Creative sound card that was in a different computer into another computer. Usually it will automatically put the Creative programs on it (i.e. Creative Player and Playcenter). It says that it recognizes the hardware and the sound

You need to install the programs manually. Either use the CD (if you have it), or copy the setup files from your other computer, or download the software from Creative's website.
