Would you buy second-hand complete desktop computers for your children/household.?

I am looking to start a business which sells complete desktop computers which will contain a mixture of new and old equipment within the package. i was wondering if people would buy this maybe for their children/teenagers then spending lots of money on

I don't see any reason why people wouldn't buy this if the price was competitive - you would obviously have to offer a limited warranty, ensure that the PCs/laptop were restored to factory condition and be able to offer some support.
