Computer cannot read SANDISK CRUZER MINI USB PEN DRIVE?
I have a 1GB Sandisk Cruzer Mini Pen Drive. Recently my computer is unable to read the USB. When I plug the device in the USB port the light comes on and even the drive shows under my computer but when I click on it it says "please enter a disk in
When you insert your thumb drive into the computer there should also be a CD drive that appears, autorun the cd drive and load the software. That should allow you to read the drive. This is exclusive to the Micro Cruzer.
