Why Does windows explorer open up when My computer is supposed to?

When i open my computer explorer.exe instead of the normal window shows up. This is what i want. Take a look http://hotimg10.fotki.com/a/67_190/187_2 38/screenshot-1.jpg this is what i do not want. http://hotimg18.fotki.com/a/67_190/187_2 38/screenshot-2.jpg

u just have to close it i mean on the right of the unwanted window just close (X) and there u go
