Changed settings in bios And computer cannot get into bios screen or boot?

I have changed settings in the boot order of my computers bios and saved those settings so now when I turn on the computer it freezes at the screen that says press DEL to enter SETUP and will not let me into bios to restore factory settings is there a

Try removing the battery. It's possible your motherboard may be defective. Changing the BIOS settings shouldn't make you unable to get into the bios, unless you set a password and forgot it.
