What kind of new Processor and Graphics Card should i get, and should i replace my motherboard?

I have a self-built computer from about 4 years back, that i built with hand-selected components. It is now behind the curve on graphics performance (I made it as a gaming computer). I'm looking to replace my MSI 6800GT Graphics Card, and AMD Socket 939
