I use active directory and exchange server to manage my office's emails. Im able to monitor mailbox size with the System Manager, but I was wondering is there a way to monitor users sending out mass mailings or emails with large attachments?
Not easilly, you can mandate that mails not be over a certain size and have a maximum number of recipients but not really monitor it that well.
If you open perfmon (start->run->perfmon /low ) on the Exchange server you can add an
