I reinstalled windows and tried to install the 3-in-one Epson but couldn't. It's a Stylus CX3500. I installed the setup program on the CD and it was installed. But the printer-scanner-copier isn't recongnized by Windows (XP). It's like it isn't there
see since you have installed the scanner it doesnot mean that printer part will also be installed.so i would rather suggest you that you should again try to instal the printer driver software
