Upgrading Dell Server from P2 400MHz to P3 500MHz?

I have a Dell Poweredge 2300 server with 2 Pentium II 400 processors in it. I'd like to upgrade to 2 Pentium III 500 processors, but the CPU speed jumper setting only goes up to 450MHz and when I have the P3 500s plugged in, BIOS sees 2 Pentium II 450s.
