How well can a 1280x720 resolution lcd computer monitor be used as a TV? What do I need to set it up as such?

I was considering buying a LCD computer monitor with the hope of using it as a TV. It has 1280x720 resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 19:9 contrast ratio, and 15ms response time. Inputs are DVI Digital Input, RGB, Component, and S-Video. Claims to be

It will work fine as a 720p HD monitor.

You'll need an HDMI to DVI cable for your PS3 for maximum resolution, and you'll need to connect a separate audio source of course.

To convert it to a Television you'll need an external
