Cheapest way to repair/replace external hard drive's motherboard?

Hello. My external hard drive's motherboard is probably still functioning. However, the little trapazoid white thing, that allowed me to connect my USB cable to the motherboard has fallen off of it.

Is there a cheap way of repairing this
