I want to connect remotely to specific computer inside a network at office, how do I create a VPN?

Im at a remote location, i want to connect to "my office computer"; my office computer belongs to a Local Area Network, all managed by a Wireless Router connected directly to Internet. What is the entire process to do it?

two options:
you can use VPN programs such as( tight VNC, hamachi -all free) and create a vpn.. Keep in mind that all computer must have the programs installed remote connect.

or

Use remote desktop's web feature
