How do you turn of this damn cycling computer?

I brought a new blackburn delphi 4.0 cycling computer, doesn't say how to turn it off. it goes into sleep mode after about 30 mins, and then i left it for 3 hours and still doesn't. When i take out the batteries, the settings all re-set...

I have never seen a bike computer that you can turn off. The older ones I've had just stayed at the last setting they were on. I have a specialized computer that has been in my bike parts drawer that shows 0 MPH and the odometer setting when I took
