How do you refill ink cartridges?

I found out that I am running out of ink in three of my ink cartridges and the cost of them normally run about $10-$12 a pop.

How much do re-inking kits cost at places like Staples and Office Depot and how do I re-ink my Canon i900D cartridges?

Its not worth it, they are a pain and seldom work right afterwards. Just buy new/
