How do one enter to Service Mode of Canon IR2800 Copier -- with error code E000002-0000?

Would like to enter into "Service Menu" / "Repair mode" of Canon Image Runner 2800 / IR 2800, in order to clear error code E000002-0000 (and do some other settings). Our supplier deliberately did not provide repair manual. How do
