What is the Canon of Western Classical music?
They keep talking about this at uni, and I have a sort of vague idea at what it is, however, I am unsure as to what it contains...
Someone help me!

I would say that the Canon of Western Classical music amounts to all works by (capital C) Classical composers (1730–1820)
