How do I download new software from a disk onto a Mac?
I have not touched a Mac for 20yrs. I want to download the software from my Canon 30d camera so I can edit/process Raw images. I don't even know how to open the cd tray to insert the disk.
Pleeeeeze help me.
call made4me mac tech support can't remember the 800 number but the main one is 3522151586. They will help even if you didn't buy it from them. You should be able to just plug the camera into the usb and the mac will find it. btw most macs are slot loading
