Scrap the cell phone/landline?
This is something I've been considering. (I'm a university student, so naturally I'm broke.) This summer I will be moving out of this place and in the new places I'm considering, there is no phone service included (free), so I will have to either just
I think you got your bases covered already. You practically answered all your questions. I guess stick with your cell phone and calling card/prepaid phone card and no landline.
