How can I get ASUS to understand that my laptop is broken because of a manufacturer error?

I bought it around a year ago. At first one USB port wasn't working, the laptop would turn off if I inserted anything into one of the left USB ports. Later both left ports stopped working, as well as the camera. I took it to an expert to get it looked
