I'm trying to connect an old Apple LCD Monitor to my PC laptop?

I'm trying to connect an old Apple LCD Monitor (an M8149 22 inch I think) to my VAIO laptop. Problem is that the monitor only has a ADC cable sticking out of it (and two USB ports). Is there someway I can use this monitor with my laptop? The laptop has

ADC to DVI cable

You need those to connect to any Mac monitor. Even the newest ones.
