Can I put an mATX motherboard in a case along with a ATX PSU?

Will I have any bother with having a mATX motherboard and an ATX PSU? I know my case is compatible with both ATX and mATX but is it okay to have the combination of mATX mobo and ATX psu?

Yes.
As long as the ATX PSU fits in the case, you are good to go.
