HP pavilion 752n need ethernet and multimedia audio controllers?

installed xp. was missing drivers (like the monitor only displayed 4-bit =/) and basically can't find the last two needed. in device manager there's like this yellow ! next to:
ethernet controller
multimedia audio controller

go to hp.com

or here is the actual location to download those drivers.
